Project Engineering​

The design department of our company cooperates directly with companies-manufacturers of equipment and technologies. We have all the necessary technical and software, as well as practical experience in installing equipment at real facilities.

The functions of the design department include:

  • Preparation of technical and pre-design solutions, including specifications and cost of main and additional equipment;
  • Conducting a survey of equipment installation sites with the preparation of reports containing all necessary information for the development of design and estimate documentation;
  • Development and approval of design and estimate documentation:

– APT – architectural and planning task

– conceptual desig

– Working draft – GP (general plan), AS (architectural solutions), AS (architectural and structural solutions), MS (metal structures), CS (reinforced concrete structures);

  • Engineering networks design – HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning), WC (Internal water supply and sewage), ES (Electricity supply), FOCL, Outdoor engineering networks with coordination – NOV, NVK, NES.
  • Development and completion of related documents: sanitary passports, questionnaires for permission to use the radio spectrum, etc.
